I am offering a unique take on fitness with results that you will be proud of. I combine a series of personally-tailored exercises with professional dance lessons. Who am I?

I have been dancing since I was 7 years old. I started teaching ballroom dancing when I was 15 at Joseph's Dance Studio in Brooklyn, New York. I then passed an audition and got accepted into LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, from which I graduated. My passion is Latin dance and my love for it grew even stronger from living in a Spanish neighbourhood. I love to dance and I love teaching people how to dance.

My SOULFIT Course breakdown can vary from course to course. I like to dedicate personal time to each of my students and to tailor my course based on each student's individual progress. That's why I take on a maximum of 12 individuals per course. The exercises we perform will depend on how quickly everyone will learn. Below you will find a general breakdown of what you can expect during the course.

The SOULFIT Course will consists of 9 lessons, each 1 hour and 30 minutes in length. The lessons will span over a course of 3 weeks. The course will be INTENSIVE so that you will gain a maximum result at the end. I want you to see the results on your body by the end.


What to wear

Dress comfortably! For the first lesson, bring a change of clothes you would take with you to the gym for an intense workout. Sport pants, a t-shirt and running shoes are all good options. During the first lesson, I'll guide you on what the best attire should be for you personally for consequent lessons.

    We dive right into the exercises we will be performing! No bullshit, we just start dancing! Consider this a very intense warm-up

    I start to show you the basics of combining tailored exercises and dance moves. We dive right into it and practice!

    We continue on to more varied exercises and dancing.

    We continue on to more varied exercises and dancing. We rehearse a choreographed dance!

    We present our choreographed dance! A video will be uploaded to the official ATP13 Youtube channel!
